My experience at this hotel was quite mixed. On one hand, the staff was remarkably helpful and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Unfortunately, the condition of the room left much to be desired—things seemed outdated and not very clean. It was also inconvenient to carry all my luggage up two flights of stairs since there was no elevator. Overall, I appreciated the service, but the room quality really detracted from my stay.
