My experience at this hotel was quite mixed. On one hand, the staff was remarkably helpful and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Unfortunately, the condition of the room left much to be desired-things seemed outdated and not very clean. It was also inconvenient to carry all my luggage up two flights of stairs since there was no elevator. Overall, I appreciated the service, but the room quality really detracted from my stay.
